A single hook
specifically for jigging that has a streamlined shape that hooks well and is
hard to catch no matter where it is hooked on the fish body. By adopting a
back shifted wide eye and a gentle twist at the hook point, we have succeeded
in increasing the hooking rate, and by using a massive wire & round wide
gape, we have succeeded in drastically reducing the chance of breakage. In
strength tests, it easily exceeded 3/0/70kg, 6/0/100kg, and 8/0/150kg. It
is a single hook that can easily handle not only blue fish such as amberjack
and yellowtail, but also yellowtail, large amberjack, and tuna.
