Shipping & Delivery Policy

We at Tackle Tips are committed to deliver your order on time with quality packaging. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public Holidays. To ensure your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship only through reputed courier agencies.

If there is no courier service available in your pin code, we will ship your items via Government Registered Parcel or Speed Post. Orders are shipped within 1–2 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of the shipment is subject to courier company or postal service norms.

Tackle Tips is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities. We guarantee only to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1–2 working days from the date of order and payment. Delivery of all orders will be made to the registered address of the buyer unless otherwise specified.

Payment: Tackle Tips uses a secure payment gateway for fast and efficient transactions. All major credit/debit cards are accepted.

The shipping charges are based on the total weight of the products. For multiple items, the website calculates the combined weight and applies a single shipping fee based on the predefined weight slabs.

Note: Fishing rods are shipped in PVC pipes for extra safety, and there is an additional ₹100 charge for each rod delivery.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Most orders are delivered within 2–3 days inside Kerala and 3–5 days outside Kerala. For locations not covered by our logistics partners, orders will be shipped through India Post.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the courier. Immediately contact our customer care or email us with your Order ID and photos of the product at salestackletips@gmail.com.

What if I am not available during delivery?

The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our registered office. If you request re-delivery, additional shipping charges will apply, and you will be notified by email.
